The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency held an in-person public hearing to allow interested persons to submit oral comments regarding the EPA's proposed revisions to the effluent limitations guidelines and standards (ELGs) for the Meat and Poultry Products (MPP) point source category (40 CFR 432).
